Sarah Farmer

My name is Sarah Farmer, the President of South Clinton Merchant Association, Restaurant Owner Operator and Real Estate Developer. My position within all companies is that I manage and oversee business operations.

Wedge 23 LLC, a property management real estate company, was established in 2007. The company was created at a time when neighborhoods that had long been going downhill finally had a focus to be revitalized. We were able to see the impact on how our investments in the neighborhood improved the quality of living, which in turn made the community better. With a background in construction, and a dynamic team, we were able create something incredible that transformed a neighborhood in the heart of the South Wedge.

As properties were purchased and developed, we were able identify areas that needed more investment and upkeep. This pushed me to get involved, to have more of a voice within the city. In 2012 I started attending meetings within several non-profit, neighborhood and business organizations. The South Wedge Planning Committee (SWPC) was where I first started, eventually holding the board position of Vice Chair, then South East Area Coalition (SEAC), eventually leading me to South Clinton Merchant Association (SCMA) in 2013, I was elected to hold the position of Treasurer. In 2015, the long-term president decided to step down, and I was elected to the position of President and have held this role to date. This year everything came full circle when I rejoined the SEAC board.

South Clinton Merchant Association has been my passion project over that last decade and over the years I have been able to be a part of some very impactful projects.

With the ever-growing need to develop new projects, we came to open Farmer’s Creekside Tavern and Inn. My father in-law began the restoration of this 200-year-old stone building in 2007, eventually turning it into a restaurant in 2017. I took over day to day restaurant operations in the Winter 2019 and have been doing so ever since. Once the restaurant was established, we bought, sold, and reinvested in several other buildings on Main Street in LeRoy.

With a career focused on real estate development, I have been able to collaborate closely with different communities, small business owners, and run a small business myself. I find it impossible to be in my line of business and not develop a passion for the work I do and the influence we have in the communities we live in.

When I am not tied to the business, I am a wife and a mom. My husband is my biggest supporter and my two children ages 5 and 7, keep me on my toes. Our family enjoys boating, sailing, or anything on the water or outdoors. Our family loves music and is major Taylor “SWIFTIES.” My family is my entire world, who keeps me grounded in all the chaos. Finally, is Murphy, my Yorkshire Terrier, known as the “office dog” often trailing behind me like my shadow. He keeps me smiling no matter what the day brings.

Kevin Wilson

Tipping Point Communications & Wilson Digital, LLC

Kevin Wilson has lived in Rochester since 2012 and is a resident of the Pocket Neighborhood within North Winton Village. He’s served on the SEAC Board since 2016, including previous terms as Chair & Vice-Chair. Kevin works as the Digital Media Director at Tipping Point Communications in downtown Rochester. He spends his free time playing volleyball, riding his bike around the city, and exploring hiking trails around Rochester with his wife Sami, his 2 boys, and his dog Winston.

Stephanie Fiorella-Rivers

Andrew Dimock

Andrew serves on the board of the Maplewood YMCA and previously served on the board of the Monroe Family YMCA for ten years, four of those as the chairman. He is a board member of the South East Area Coalition (SEAC), and also volunteers as a Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Rochester.

Andrew holds a BS in Biology from The George Washington University and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Not all work and no play, Andrew is a stained-glass artist who has been commissioned to design and build custom windows ranging from 140 year-old brownstones to mid-century mod houses. He has recently picked up blacksmithing and is currently developing his skills in blade-smithing. In the warmer months, he spends weekends with his wife and children at their place near Chautauqua Lake.

Catie Zimmerman

Catie Zimmerman is a Rochester transplant from Long Island, NY. She owned a house in Rochester for about a year, before making a few moves around the East with her husband, who now own Fox’s Deli and The Bagel Shop on Park. Catie works for Sarah Farmer as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Wedge 23 on South Clinton in the South Wedge. Catie loves administrative organization, reading excessively, music and performing with her improv group, Nuts & Bolts at Comedy at the Carlson. She is mom to her 6 year old son, Oliver, and partner to her husband Alex.

Liam Tanchick

Liam was born and raised in the Rochester area and now lives in the Neighborhood of the Arts. He works as the campaign coordinator at SEIU Communications Center and has a passion for organizing. He previously served as president of UWUA Local 112, representing a group of remote workers. Liam lives with his partner and three cats and enjoys reading and spending time with family and loved ones..

Summer Naugle

Originally from Pennsylvania, Summer Naugle moved to Rochester the
first time to attend Rochester Institute of Technology. Having loved
her time here as a student, she was excited for an opportunity to move
back and settle in. She and her husband bought a Victorian in the Park
Ave Neighborhood where they live with their cats. She currently works
for local software company, CaterTrax, in managed services. She enjoys
travel, video games, hiking, kayaking, and exploring fun events around
the city.
