Chairperson
Kevin Wilson
Wilson Digital, LLC & Facehead Digital
Kevin Wilson has lived in Rochester since 2012 and is a resident of the Pocket Neighborhood within North Winton Village. He’s served on the SEAC Board since 2016. Kevin works as the Director of Digital Ops at Facehead Digital and spends his free time exploring hiking trails around Rochester with his wife Sami and his dog Winston.
Vice Chair
Kelly Chilson
Kelly is originally from Webster, NY and moved to Rochester two years ago. She worked as a Finance Director in the pharmaceutical and animal health industries with extensive experience in operational finance. She holds an MBA from Cornell University. Kelly currently lives in the Highland Park area and enjoys exploring the area with her two dogs.
Treasurer
Corey Dennis
DeJoy, Knauf & Blood
Corey is a CPA working for DeJoy, Knauf & Blood, LLP, which is located in downtown Rochester. He lives in the Browncroft neighborhood and is the current Treasurer of the SEAC board.
Secretary
Christine O’Connor
Harter Secrest & Emery LLP
Christine is the current Secretary of the Board of Directors for the South East Area Coalition, and is also a member of the Monroe County Bar Association. She has been recognized by Chambers USA in the field of Corporate/M&A, was named to their 2019-2020 “Up and Coming” list, and was a member of their “Associates to Watch” list from 2016-2018. Christine is a past Rochester Business Journal “Forty Under 40” recipient, and was named a Daily Record “Up and Coming Attorneys” in 2017. Christine received her J.D., High Honors, from Vanderbilt University and her B.S. in Chemistry, High Honors, from Carnegie Mellon University.

Greg Waldron
Tom Pastecki
Tom Pastecki joined SEAC in 2018. He is a resident of the ABC Streets and a longtime member of the robust ABC Streets Neighborhood Association, now serving as its president. Tom is an active member of the grass roots based Many Neighbors Building Neighborhoods and Co-Chairs The Coalition for Cobb’s Hill.
Tom has been a caring landlord in the Park Ave area for many years.
He is committed to working with others on community projects to ensure all neighborhoods and residents are served fairly making Rochester a stronger and more equitable place to live.
Board Members
Dylan James Famolaro
Dylan James Famolaro is a resident of the Southeast Neighborhood. He has been a resident of Rochester for four years after living in the San Francisco Bay Area. A native of Rome, NY, Famolaro co-created a community initiative in order to re-brand the area in a positive light. With experience with Rotary Clubs and grassroots organizations, he is excited to serve on SEAC’s board. Dylan’s full-time career is in insurance and his hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, and searching for new and exciting foods.
Janet Collinge
Recognized by the Neighborhood of the Arts Business Association, Senator Joseph E. Robach and New York State Assemblymember Harry Bronson as an outstanding woman of the Neighborhood of the Arts, Janet Collinge comes to the South East Area Coalition after serving as president of the Neighborhood of the Arts Neighborhood Association. Janet was one of the pioneer organizers of the Neighborhood of the Arts’ BoulevART and artistic traffic control boxes. Prior work experience as a Downtown Guide and in the Rochester Public Library’s Local History Division fueled Janet’s love for the city and created many unique experiences, resources and connections. Janet, who holds a Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Central Missouri, is delighted to continue her service to her beloved city as the 2020 Flower City AmeriCorps Community Engagement Member for the Southeast Neighborhood Service Center.
