Join the South East Area Coalition and The Landmark Society of Western New York, Inc. as we raise funds to complete the Park Avenue Historic District Project.
The Landmark Society has been working with Park-Meigs Neighborhood Association, Barrington St. Neighborhood Association, & ABC Streets Neighborhood Association to list Park Avenue in the National Register of Historic Places. This would create a new historic district from Park Ave South to 490 and Monroe(north of Park ave is already in a historic district!). Neighbors would then be able to take advantage of Historic Homeowners Tax Credits to make repairs and upgrades to their homes!
